UXr LTD. (UXr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates, and any other websites of UXr LTD with links to this privacy policy (the “Sites”), the Meetmate and Line Tracer mobile applications (the “Apps”) and The UX Mentorship Program "Mentorship Program"

When we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean your contact information (e.g., your name, address, email address, or telephone number) and any other non-public information that is associated with your contact information. When we use the phrase “Anonymous Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information. Anonymous Information does not enable identification of or contact with individual persons.


The Sites, Apps and Mentorship Program are not directed to children. We do not collect or maintain Personal Information about children. This includes from people we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Sites or Apps are designed to attract people under 13 years of age.

How We Collect Information.

Personal Information

We do not collect any Personal Information on our Apps. For the purposes of processing an application to the Mentorship Program we collect your email address when entered by you during an application. We collect your email address and optionally your first name when you sign up for a newsletter on our Sites.

Anonymous Information

As you use the Sites, Apps or Mentorship Program, certain Anonymous Information may be passively collected and stored by us or on our behalf, such as your Internet protocol address, domain names, browser type, device type, operating system and access times. Cookies (as defined below) and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) may be used to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the solutions and information for which you searched and viewed. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your browser while you are viewing a website. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions or functionalities of the Apps, Sites or Services.

Disclosure Third Party Cookies

We may use a third party tracking service such as Google Analytics or Crashlytics to track and analyse Anonymous Information from users of our Sites or Apps. Such third parties may use Cookies to help track user behavior. The use of these Cookies by third parties is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these Cookies.

How We Use Information.

Personal Information

When you give us your email address to apply to join the Mentorship Program we use it to send you an invitation to the Slack channel using their software. We also use this email address to provide you with updates about the Program and other information we believe may be of interest, which you can opt out of at any time. This is done using Mailchimp. When you give us your email address on our Sites to sign up for our newsletter we use this to send you useful information related to the Sites. This can include new posts or other information we believe may be of interest. If you optionally provide us your first name when you sign up for our newsletter we use this to personalise your emails. Email newsletters are sent using Mailchimp.

Anonymous Information

On the Sites, Apps and Mentorship Program we may use the anonymous analytics gathered to improve future versions of the Apps or Sites, identify bugs and improve the user experience.

How We Disclose Information.

Personal Information

We do not disclose any of your personal information without your consent.

Anonymous Information

We reserve the right to disclose Anonymous Information publicly without restriction, including to third party vendors who may help us enhance or provide the Sites or Apps or to third parties.

Information Disclosed to Third Parties

This Privacy Policy addresses only our use and disclosure of information we collect from and/or about you on the Sites, Apps and Mentorship Program. If you disclose information to others, the use and disclosure restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy will not apply to any third party. We do not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable.

The Sites, Apps and Mentorship Program may contain content or links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. When you click on such a link, you will leave one of our Sites and go to another site. During this process, another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Information from you. The Sites or Apps may also contain links to other websites controlled by us but which operates under different privacy policies. Please review the privacy policy of any new site you visit.


Our Sites, Apps or the Mentorship Program may feature advertising from Google Admob, Google Adsense or Amazon in order to keep the Apps and Sites free to use. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.

Our sites use Mailchimp to send newsletters when you have opted in to receive them. Your email address and first name (if you provided it) is shared with Mailchimp in order to send you the newsletters.

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time on a going-forward basis. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy on this page. Continued use of our Apps, Sites or Mentorship Program will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
