These terms apply to all websites, tools, content, products, and services provided by UXR LTD (Company Number 08927425, registered in England).
That includes any apps, digital tools, downloads, subscriptions, memberships or other services we offer — now and in the future.
By using our websites or any of our content or tools, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. What’s Covered
These terms apply to everything we create and provide, including:
- All websites, apps and services under our control
- librarydojo.com
- hotcuedj.com
- chrismears.uk
- uxrltd.co.uk
- designuntangled.co.uk
- Our videos, emails, tools, software, downloads (e.g. PDFs, courses, apps)
- Any current or future brands, services or products we may produce under UXR LTD
2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Everything we make — included, but not limited to videos, text, newsletters, podcasts, downloads, products, tools — is protected by copyright and belongs to UXR LTD.
You can:
- Share short quotes or screenshots of our websites for personal or non-commercial use if you credit us clearly (link + logo).
You can’t:
- Sell, repackage or distribute our work.
- Use our content in any illegal, hateful, racist or adult context.
- Use our branding, name or logo without permission.
Some images may be from third parties. We don’t claim ownership unless stated.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
We do our best to provide accurate info, but:
- Some content may include opinions or errors.
- Don’t treat our content as medical, legal, or financial advice.
- You’re responsible for your own decisions when using our tools or resources.
Always back up your music library or data before using any of our tools.
4. Account Rules
If you create an account:
- Use accurate info and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe.
- Tell us if your account is compromised.
We may suspend or delete your account if there’s any misuse or violation of these terms. We may do this at our own discretion and without liability.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
We may change our fees or subscription prices at any time, but:
- We’ll give you 30 days notice before it happens
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
- Refunds may be granted case-by-case and at our discretion
6. Fair Use Policy
If our tools involve uploading files (e.g. an XML of your DJ library), you’re responsible for making sure you have the legal right to upload that content.
We monitor for fair use. If something’s off, we’ll contact you or limit access.
7. Affiliate Links
Some of our posts may include affiliate links (like Skillshare). If you buy through them, we may earn a commission. We’ll always make it clear when a link is an affiliate.
8. Third-Party Sites
We sometimes link to other websites or services. We’re not responsible for their content, policies or actions.
9. Illegal or Abusive Use
Don’t use our platforms to:
- Hack, scrape or spam
- Copy our source code or reverse-engineer our tools
- Bypass security or use automated bots
If you do we may terminate your account and you will not be eligible for a refund.
10. Termination
We can suspend or remove access if you break the rules. You can delete your account at any time — just reach out. We’ll remove your data, except for anything we’re required to keep by law.
11. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS
We may temporarily suspend access to our product or services due to maintenance or technical issues. We will notify you in advance whenever possible.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our products or services without notice. These changes will not affect your rights under this contract, provided they do not significantly reduce the value of the purchased products or services
Access to our products and services is for personal use only and non-transferable. Sharing account login details or licences keys with others or using or content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
11.1 – librarydojo.com Early Supporter licence
The Early Supporter licence gives you ongoing access to librarydojo.com for as long as the platform is active and supported. It includes all current features and updates to the existing service.
It only applies to the current version of librarydojo.com. It doesn’t cover any future standalone apps, premium add-ons, or other products that may be released under the librarydojo or UXR LTD brands.
UXR LTD reserves the right to change, pause, or close the librarydojo.com service in the future. If that ever happens, there’s no obligation to keep providing access or refunds, though we’ll always try to offer a fair alternative where possible.
The licence is personal and can’t be shared. It comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you’re not happy, email hello@librarydojo.com for a full refund. After 30 days, refund requests may still be considered on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.
Access is subject to fair-use and any technical limits needed to keep the platform stable for everyone.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Minor edits will take effect right away. Major updates will be clearly posted.
Keep an eye on this page – continued use means you accept the latest version.
12. Legal Information
- These terms are governed by UK law.
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- This is the full agreement between us.
We’re not liable for indirect damages (like lost data, income, or opportunities) caused by using our content, tools, or sites.
